Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Labs runs community programmes across Dallas, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 873 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
