Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Drift Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Dallas, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
