Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Quarry Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in Columbus with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
