Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
