Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Ashton Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Colorado Springs with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
