Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Clear Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
