Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Community Partners Group is a Cleveland charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
