Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Cross Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Cleveland design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
