Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience.
