Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
