Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Cincinnati design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
