Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 846 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication.
