Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Iron Early Learning runs childcare centres in Chicago caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
