Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Drift Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
