Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on grant compliance for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
