Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charlotte area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
