Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pine Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
