Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant compliance. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
