Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Buffalo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
