Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Boston with personal care and coordination, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
