Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Birmingham caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment.
