Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Baltimore. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 312 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
