Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Austin, TX)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Austin. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people based in Austin. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
