Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Haven Property Management looks after rental homes across the Anchorage area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
