Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Ivory Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Anchorage, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
