Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 767 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
