Programme Coordinator - grant compliance (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on grant compliance. You would join a large organisation of about 688 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
