Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fox Learning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
