Amberfield Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Grant reporting experience.
