Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ridge Early Learning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
