Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Virginia Beach, VA)

Summit West Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Virginia Beach with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
