Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Clear Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
