Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Vale Property Management looks after rental homes across the Virginia Beach area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
