Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cedar Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
