Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Virginia Beach design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
