Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Pike Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
