Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Amber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tulsa supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
