Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tulsa, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
