Silverline Haven Property Management manages apartment communities around Tulsa. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
