Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tulsa design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
