Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Toledo, OH)

Silverline Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Toledo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on maintenance stores for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
