Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Stone Care Services Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
