Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Quarry Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
