Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Toledo supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
