Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on volunteer programmes for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
