Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Tampa supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare reports on grant reporting for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
