Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around St. Louis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
