Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Hollow Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
