Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Basin Arts Center is a cultural organisation in St. Louis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 688 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
