Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ashton Arts Center and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
